Feeling Constipated, abdominal Pain, mouth Ulcer & Rashes On Upper Stomach After Unsafe Sex

hi, okay, i am extremley worried i may have HIV, whilst away on holiday in May i stupidly had unprotected sex with a street sex worker and during intercourse my frenulum tore and there was quite a bit of blood, i have already had the initail test 3 weeks after possible exposure aswell as other STD test and all of them came back negative and i am booked for the 3 month test later this month. As far as symptoms go since the time it happend i have had slight abdominal pain, slight constipation, one dose of dioreha, mouth ulcer and i have what is a light pink looking rash on my upper stomach, could you please help and tell me what you think, also am i at greater risk by tearing my frenulum during intercourse and what do you think are the actual chances of me having HIV? the sex only lasted about 2 minutes until my frenulum broke, please help

Hello,
Thanks for the consult...

Brief answer,
Mild risk of exposure to hiv

Explanation,
1.You mentioned that you had sex with the street worker and frenulum is inhured and blood oozes out a little
2. The test which you got at the 3rd week is not very accurate because it take a minimum of 6 weeks to replicate the hiv virus in the blood
3. Try to do test called TRIDOT test after 6 weeks of risk exposure and confirm this test result with Western blot test after 6 weeks
4. The symptoms which you get belongs to acute retroviral symptoms(ARS) which may be even present in upto 60% of the individuals not having hiv after 6 weeks of exposure to risk

In your case wait until at the end of 6th week and try to do TRIDOT test

Hope this information helps
