Feeling Dizzy And Nauseous

I have been having dizzy spells or spells where I feel like I am falling accompanied by fatigue. I also have been experiencing a strong sense of smells which both the smells & dizzy spells make me nauseous. The dizzy spells seems to be worse when I am laying down or closing my eyes.
