Feeling Headache, Fever, Vomiting After Drinking Beer. What Should I Do?

What should i do if i went out consumed a few beers, but then during the night felt unwell (headache, fever, vomitting) but it did not feel alcohol related, i was at first simply going to wait to see if it passes, but unfortunately a piece of food i brought back up feels like it is lodged in my throat near my larynx .... what should i do?
