Feeling Lightheaded, Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain. Reason?
I woke up today at 6 am because my stomach was really hot and I had goosebumps I felt really light headed a feeling like almost fainting, I went to the bathroom and I couldn't poop anything for a while and I started getting pale and more goosebumps I finally got something out but I had to use a lot of force to take it out and when I thought I was done a minute later the pain started again first I pooped hared excrement and later I pooped diarrhea...I had to lay on my bathroom floor because the pain was immense and my stomach was really hot...I had this situation only once last year I'm 18 and I don't know of anything I'm allergic to...
From the symptoms you descirbe it seems like it could be a case of vagal discharge casuing you to feel light headed. When you apply lots of pressure, then the pressure in the abdomen forces blood away from your head and this will cause you to feel giddy. Thus, what you need to do is to not poo forcefully. when you defecate have a good content of fibre in your diet and eat as healthy as possible. If even after you have a healthy diet, the symptoms do not improve, then you can go visit a doctor.
