Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Lightheadedness and numbness of feet could be due to vitamin B12 deficiency. I suggest you to get vitamin B12 levels and to take vitamin B12 supplements if there is deficiency.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
