Feeling Like Drunkard, Vision Impaired, Eyes Heavy, Pressure In The Head Feels Like Moving To Neck. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi I have a feeling of being drunk or spaced out things seem to be moving and I have a swooshing in my head and ears which are quick and I guess could match my pulse, I feel light headed and pressure in my head starting around the back from my neck this is not painful as such just unpleasant and my vision is impaired and my eyes feel slightly heavy and also slight double vision at times, my chest has also been really tight at times and my heart has been racing and pounding hard when this happens can you please help?
