Feeling Lousy, Issues With Hair Fall & Weight Gain Due To Thyroid

I have had thyroid issues for 12 yrs. doctors cannot get it regulated. sometimes I am hypo, and sometimes hyper. I feel lousy all the time, my hair falls out, and I gain weight. I also have this weird vibration in my head when my thyroid is off. what can I do?

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism. Your hair fall and weight gain both are due to hypothyroidism. You are fluctuating between hypo and hyperthyroidism. Go for Free T3, Free T4 and TSH level. Then set the dosage accordingly.
