Feeling Nausea And Lightheaded, Vomiting. Reason?

I went to work this morning feeling great. I'm 71 y.o. Suddently, I began feeling lightheaded and nauseous. I went home (driving carefully), vomited, lay down on the bed and the ceiling was going in circles. I vomited several more times and now 7 hrs later and sleeping most of the day, am feeling almost back to normal.
