Feeling Nauseous, light Headed & Very Weak

Hi,I am a 29 year old female and for the past week I have been feeling nauseous (no vomitting) light headed and very weak. I am very pale too. Good it just be a virus or something else? I also suffer with health anxiety and on medication for anxiety so this is really worrying me.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that a thorough examination of blood count and hormonal tests are necessary, blood thyroid test and prolactin test will also be required. Start iron supplements for 1 month and I would like to suggest an ultrasound examination of whole abdomen also. Start taking Ondem tablet for 3 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
