Feeling Of Blood Pumping In Hands, Tingling In Left Leg. Normal Heart Related Tests. Suggestions?

I have been feeling the blood pumping in my hands, when my cross my fingers its more prominent. Also having continuos tingling in left leg. feeling tingling in upper left back.

had heart related tests before. everything in fine with heart and also went for blood test. no diabetes found. can u suggest what could this be.
