Feeling On Bruising Months After Back Injury, Tightness And Inflammation While Walking. Will This Heal?
Hello, I injured my back doing a trick in gymnastics where i bent my back backwards awkwardly. Still a month later my lower left side of my spine mainly, as well as lower back just abive hip area, when touched has a sensation like its bruised. When i m walking or sitting the rest of my back muscles can hurt and feel tight as well and inflame. Will this ever heal, my doctor told me that i ve strained my ligaments attached to my spine and prescribed some tablets calles naproxen , but has not really helped?
