Feeling Rapid Heart Beat, Stomach Pain, Headache And Diarrhea. Help?

good morning, just wanted to ask you what should i do... i just arrived into paris aftervflighing more than 30 hous from australia. starting feeling a bit funnybon the plane, stomach pain mild and rapidn heart beat, strong headcache, and diarrea very smelly and pasty. felt short of breath too and not hungry at all.... now i have arrived and still feel the same....would it be that i have some virus, jet lag or anxietybatck?? not sure what to do. thanks

Anxiety attack is possible indeed. However shortness of breath, headache, accelerated heart rate can be a very serious symptoms. As you are after long flight, veins thrombosis should be ruled out with such symptoms. Such thrombosis should start with one leg pain and is more possible if you have varicose veins, hypertention, diabetes or take contraceptive pill.

Virus would give also nausea and vomiting.

I suggest you to do not wait anymore and visit ER. Blood work, D-dimers, heart ECG, abdominal ultrasound should be done at first.
