Feeling Sick To My Stomach, Queasy, Belching, Unable To Sleep. Advise?

For the past three days I have been queasy. I just ended my menstrual cycle on Friday so I don't think pregnancy would be a concern right now. However, like I said I've been sick to my stomach since Monday and have also been unable to sleep. Currently, I am up belching and feeling nauseated. Should I make myself vomit, will it really help? What advice can you give me?

Hi thanks for your question.
Most probably you are suffering from acid peptic disease. This is due to the increased acid production in the stomach. Cigarette smoking, spicy food and alcohol are known stimulus. Infection by bacteria called H pylori is anther common reason. Take antacid 3 to 4 times a day. Additionally you can take proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole in the morning. Consultation with a physician is advisable who may be able to get your upper GI endoscopy and ultra sound abdomen done to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Hope this answers your question.
