Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there ~

I understand that you are having a problem that is affecting your functioning. You have what is a very common condition and is a form of anxiety disorder known as social anxiety disorder. You may also have performance anxiety. SSRIs or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors are helpful in the long term and sedative hypnotics in the short term. Performance anxiety is easily treated with beta blockers. However please visit with a qualified psychiatrist who can help you with you conditions. Take care and have a lovely day !
