Feeling Tight Around Lower Back, Buttocks, Front Thigh Area, Joint Pain. Disc Problem, Have Hormone Pellet Inserted. Water Retention?
I don't feel sick really. My body feel strange like, tight around my lower back, buttocks, front thigh area. I have joint pain in my knees, elbows and fingers. I have three discs in my lower back that are bad and get injections (caudal) about every three to four months. I just had a hormone pellet inserted this Monday. Can it just be water retention?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hi and welcome to HCM The symptoms that you are having are likely to be related to benign causes like electrolyte imbalance, vitamin D3 and vit B 12 deficiency, etc. Most of the times these symptoms can be taken care of by taking electrolyte rich fluids and vit D3 and Methylcobalamin supplements. These symptoms are not related to hormone pellet inserted . Hope this will helps you. Take care. Regards. Dr Saurabh Gupta. Orthopaedic Surgeon.
