I have been feeling tired, no appetite, body aches for over 4 weeks, the ER has taken blood work checked my liver enzymes, kidney panel, urinalysis, CBC and everything came back good. I still feel horrible and all they can tell me is it's a virus. I need answers..
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be fever due to some infection, may be bacterial or viral. The other reasons may be the gastric irritation, which causes the lack of appetite, and exertion. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms infusion of fluids, cifixime, ranitidine, domperidone, and paracetamol. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
