Feeling Weak And Nauseated.Having Sinus Issue, Taking Medication. Vomiting, Severe Diarrhoea. Had Been Diagnosed With IBS. Reason For Abdominal Pain?

I am a yo female. I have been feeling weak and nauseated for a few days. I have a sinus issue and have been taking over the counter medication. I have been vomiting and now have severe diarrhea. I have a severe sharp pains in my lower left side. I came home from work and passed out for a few hours from the pain. I have been diagnosed with IBS in the past. I had my Gall Bladder out several years ago and that has100% helped my constipation.
I usually have pain on the right side so having pain on my left side and this severe has me worried.

Hi, Sinus problem may have relation with the nausea, but no relation with the diarrhea. it could be due to the food poisoning, by some out side foods.
It needs to be treated with the medicines, and if necessory with the i.v fluids if there is dehydration.So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
