Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Its true that anxiety can lead to tiredness, shortness of breath and changes in body temperature but if you are having fever with these symptoms then the cause needs to be known because a fever is often associated with symptoms like weakness, breathlessness.
My advice is to get few basic routine investigations like CBC,liver and kidney function tests , a urine examination and a test for malaria and typhoid and take paracetamol to bring down fever.
hope this helps.take care!
