Feels Hot From Inside, Nausea, Dizzy And Blackout. What Is The Problem?

I am 17 years old and for months now I have been having these weird spells, theay always start the same. First I will get very hot from the inside out, then i will get extremely nausiated, and then i will get really dizzy and begin to blackout. I have never fainted, but i have came extremely close to it. Like i said I am only 17 so I have no clue why this is happening.

Thanks for query,
First of all you checked your menstrual cycle if it is normal then the possibility of hypoglycemia is there.
The remote possibility is hypothyroidism.
