Feels Like Spinning In Circles After Closing Eyes, Suffocating, Chest Pain. Got Murmur
i feel like im falling and spinnin in circles when i close my eyes and then feel like i can't breathe and am suffercating i have been to the doctors for chest pain they said i was fine but my heart sounda weird to me its sounds like water swishing around they said its possible i have a murmur but that its nothing to worry about could u give me advice

It is rally matter of concern and I would advise you to go for complete cardiac evaluation because your symptoms are suggestive of Aortic murmur which must be ruled out, this would be first priority, if it turned unremarkable then we would think something else till then we need to concentrate on this only, take good care of your self have great day.
