Fell And Hit Face And Shoulder. Cheekbone Is Sore To Touch And Eyes Bruised. Treatment?

I fell the other day on gravel,and hit my face and shoulder quite hard,my shoulder is ok,but my cheekbone is so sore to touch,now my eye is sore and darkening ,the bruising is coming out ,I'm using cold compress on it..just wondering if I need to go to hospital...I thought I had cracked my tooth...but that is ok,it's the swelling of my cheek that is most painful...thanks...

Hi dear

Dear friend you require some analgesics and anti inflammatory medicine for three to five days. Black eye which you have developed will take some time as blood which has squeezed out of small vessels will take some time to be absorbed.
You can continue with the cold compresses.
you should also take some antibiotics so that bruised area do get infected.
