Fell Down, Head Injury, Soreness, Headache. Need To See A Doctor?
Hi, I fell down two days ago and hit my head on the concrete. I hit my forehead right at my hair line but there is no significant bruising but it is extremely sore. I have had a headache for the past two days but other than that no real noticeable symptoms. I was wondering if I should make an appointment to see a doctor or if I will be ok. I am studying in XXXXXXX so finding a doctor will be quite difficult.

Head injuries are watched for 48 hrs to see for any brain injury or bleeding.
If a person has no symptom like drowsiness or excessive vomiting,even after 48 hrs,then nothing is to be done.
Headaches are common and should be alright in next couple of days however if headache persists or worsens or any other symptom develops,then you must go to the hospital for necessary investigation like CT skull.
