Fell Down, Hurt Back, Bruised, Not Able To Poop. What Can Be Done?

I fell down some steps yesterday and hurt my back real bad.its pretty bruised to but I don t have health insurance so I been trying to ignore it. Well since I fell annd all day today I haven t been able to poop, I usually go 3-4 times a day....could somethin be wrong.

Hi...better show to a physician and get a xray spine ( if you cant afford a ct scan)...your constipation could also be due to the pain or if you haven't eaten much since the accident...
