Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

According to your history most likely you have injured your cheek bone[maxilla]
Your knee may be having meniscus injury.
I advise you to take x ray facial bone and if req MRI knee ,
take analgesic ,rest and clinical examination from surgeon.

Hope I answered your questions.

Take care
