Are the movements of wrist joint restricted or painful?
If there is no problem in wrist then there is no cause of concern, its just a hematoma on palm which will regress.
Any deformity of wrist joint, pain or restricted mobility definitely calls for Xray of wrist.

Wishing you a healthy life

Take care
