Fell With Head Into Door. Had Massive Bump, Headache, Vomiting. No Sign Of Bleed Or Fracture In Scanning

Hi, I recently fell head first into a door frame. I went to the hospital as I was vomiting. My head had a massove bump, they scanned my head and thankfully there was no sign of a bleed or fracture. I am nearly 2 weeks on and my head very sore and a persistant headache. As the swelling has gone down a lot I can feel a dent were I bumped it, it is just above my right eye. Should I be concerned. I am so sorry to hear about this head trauma that you sustained. With a scan that showed no fracture or bleed, there is no reason to get worried. The only thing to do is to continue taking pain medication in the right doses to control your headaches while everything returns to normal.

Please, next time be very watchful of your steps as some other falls may have even more concerning consequences than what you suffered this time around.
