Hello,
Welcome to HCM
The symptoms you are experiencing may be due to two reasons: premenstrul syndrome or you may be pregnant.
Delay in the periods for 6 days is a normal phenomenon .It may occur due to hormonal variations, stress, intake of medications so on.
So,you may be experiencing these symptoms before you are getting your periods.Wait for one more week.
I would also advice you to take another pregnancy test after one week to reconfirm that you are not pregnant.
Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you.
