Felt A Crack While Fall On The Elbow, Get Pains On Straightening, Putting Pressure On It. Remedy?

Hi, we had our powderpuff game a couple of weeks ago and i got tackled. I landed on my elbow and i heard/felt a crack. It hurt on my elbow down my forearm very badly, like i strained some sort of band or something. Now its only in my elbow and alittle further down. it hurts to straighten it, use it or put pressure on it. I m very athletic but i have been trying to rest it, it sill hurts though. what should i do?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Thanks for posting your query.

It might be soft tissue injury or fracture.

Without X-ray, it is difficult to differentiate a fracture from others.

I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.

You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance.

Regards.
