Felt Dizzy, Did Brain X-rays, Calorific Test After A Tooth Abscess. Now Re-occurring. Not Able To Look Up. Problem?

20 years ago I became very dizzy, so much so that I had a brain scan X-rays and a calorific test...now after a tooth abscess which has been resolved ,it has returned not so severe but still enough to not be able to look up, sleep on my right or turn my head to the right and to look down quickly. Should I bother my doctor with it or just cope with the situation?

Hi
Thanks for your query
I can feel your concern
Just take dental consultation for tooth issue and drainage of pus , start with antibiotics after consulting your doctor
Have a proper clinical examination
Hope it helps
