Fever. Teething. On Tylenol. Why Is Baby Irritated?

My daughter is 1 1/2 yrs old and has been running a fever for 3 days. Although she is teething w/ molars right now, her fever gets too high without Tylenol. We've taken her to walk in clinic, emerg.. The doctors say there's nothing but probably teething. She has no other real symptoms, she's eating great, drinking lots of fluids. Urinating is good, some constipation which we find can be random. Happy as usual but a little irritated. Also moaning in her sleep. Just can't understand why the fever won't go away without using baths and cloths and Tylenol as directed... Any ideas?

thanks for your query at HCM
its unusal to have such type of fever due to teething,
focus of infection has to be sorted out , get her blood complete picture and urine routine examination along with culture and sensitivity done, as urinary tract infections can present like this , then review mw back
