Fever, Dry Cough, Headache While Coughing, Voice Problem. Prescribed Tamilflu, Augmenting, Not Helping

I have had a fever between 99.5 and 100.5 for 12 days. Have also had a mostly dry cough. For 4 or 5 days voice was severely impaired. No body aches. Only headache when I cough. No vomiting or diahrea. Tired. Doctor gave me Tamilflu and Augmenting on second day. Neither seems to help. Can flu or bronchitis have a fever this long. I am 54 year old healthy male.
