Fever, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Coughing. What Could Be This?

Have had a fever (100.9 on Sunday, consistent 99.9 on Monday, fever broke Tuesday morning). Started with stomach pains, then got diarrhea after each bland meal I could eat. Drank plenty of fluids, didn't take Ibuprofen except once on Sunday evening. Today (Tuesday), my throat feels constricted, kind of like an elephant is sitting on my esophagus. I'm caughing every now and then just to see if i can breathe better. No sinus drainage, sinus pressure. Do not have asthma and I'm in very good shape.

what i feel u have acute gastroenteritis ,may be fromm some food poisoning take good antibiotic coverage like cifran 500 mg for 7 days.it will also prevent if there is any chest infection.
due to your fever or for not eating properly u might have gerd ,take pantooprazole with domeridone combinationfor 7days early in morning in empty stomach.
if u have some chest infection then aslo above antibiotic will work.
some virusesalso causes same kind of symptom but generally cured within 7 days.get well soon
