Fever With Shivering, Cold, Cough, Ear Pain. No Help From Ascordil, Thermal S, Mega CV, Dewax, Ibugestic Plus. Help

hi my son had fever with shivering one week back with cold and cough ...for that my dr gave clamp ...after that for 2 days no fever but cough and cold is there...again i went to dr..he told cold is more...then again he gave ascordil ...after 1 day again he got ear pain whole night....again dr prescribed thermal-s, mega-CV, dewax for ear pain and nosikind ..and i gave these medicines in the afternoon and evening.....again the same night he got only shivering ......and i gave him ibugesic plus for fever......shall i wait for 2 days.......shall i again has to consult dr.....plz help me to come out of this problem

thanks for your query at HCM
i understand your concern regarding child
it will take some time for infection to respond to given antibiotic ,
infection will not decrease with single dose
it will take atleast three to five days for infection to come down
wait for two more days if still not decreasing then consult the doctor oncce again
your doctor has given the child best treatment but you have to wait for the results
