I had LARGE fibroid tumor, resulting in partial hys. in 2006 (in my early 40's). I had a pap about a year later due to ovarian pain and the N.P. told me all was well, I had a pretty pink cervix. I'm pretty sure the doc. did not concern himself with leaving me a cervix...so I was, and remain confused. Now I think I may be pre/menopausal, (hot flashes, night sweats, etc.) I had many ovarian cyst surgeries in my 20's. Anyway, I have developed some new symptoms that I'm concerned about but feel too embarrassed to make an appt. with the local Doc. I hope this is a site where I can get some advice without having to sigh away my credit card?
