Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Sebaceous cyst or ingrown hair follicle infection.
Go for one antibiotic course after consulting your doctor.
If there is no improvement and lump increases, sebaceous cyst is possible and consult surgeon and get it excised with sac.
Ok and take care.
