There are many different possibilities for these and it is not possible to mention them all here. I will explain a few common ones 1. warts: caused by human papilloma virus. diagnosed by inspection of the lesion and a PCR test. Usually decrease by themselves. 2. other viral infections like molluscum, or bowenoid pappulosis again diagnosed by examination. 3.Bacterial infections like chancroid or granuloma inguinale treated with antibiotics. 4. eczemas or lichens are inflammatory disorders.
All of the above are mostly diagnosed after examination as they have a peculiar look. So I suggest that you see a dermatologist who will help you.
Thanks and have a good day. 4.
