Fleshy Tissue Discharge During Menstruation. Pain In Abdomen, Back, Thigh. What Could It Be?

I am eighteen year old girl . Since last two menstrual cycles I had fleshy pink and white tissues about the size of the last joint of index finger being discharged with menstrual fluid. It was accompanied with pain in abdomen, back and thighs. what could that be , I have always had normal bleeding before. any gynaecologist may plis help me.
