Flu And Cough With Phlegm With Sore Throat. Is There Chances Of STD Contractions ?

I've been having flu and phlegm for the past few days and i've been coughing here and there. Yesterday night i gave head to my friend and now i'm having a sore throat. It's been about 12 hours only. Is there a chance that i may have contracted and STD?

Its unlikely to be STD. It could be strep infection which needs a course of antibiotics
