Fluctuating BP With Unrelenting Pressure In Neck, Chin, Negative Test For CMV. What Could Be The Root Cause?

I have had normal blood pressure (under 120/80) until this year - In February my blood pressure started going up and down - 150/84 then 135/75 then 123/73 all in about three hours - I ve felt unrelenting pressure in my neck, under my chin - I got tested to CMV (cytomegliovirus) ; it was negative. Any idea what the root cause could be

get you B.P measured daily at fix clinic and make a chart of it for abt 15 days and then review with the chart. elective tmt and echo can be considered.
