Fluttering In Stomach. Having Periods Every 2 Weeks. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Advice?

Me an my husband have been having unprotected sex almost every night well for the past two months i have been having a period every two weeks, I've never done that. Now I swear I feel fluttering an moving in my stomach I even felt it eith my hand but I've taken test all negative an one at the doctors it was a pee test an was negative. Help
