Foliculometry Done. Periods With Heavy Clotting. Reason? Medication?

I have done foliculometry on 8th, 12th & 16the day. Folicle size was 22.5, 24.5, 20.5, and ruptured. endometrium thickness 12.5. On 31st day my period started with heavy bleeding, clotting blood is coming frequently. Paining left side. What could be the possible reason for heavy clotting. What would be the possible medication.

Hi,
Your follicles are a adequate size. So obviously ovulation isnt a problem. Bleeding with clots may occur sometimes due to sharp hormonal changes, adenomyosis, endometriosis, DUB etc. You can can take tranexmic acid for controlling the bleeding. If you are ttc then dont use any hormonal drugs.
