Follicular Monitoring Found Thick Endometrium, Chronic Infilterate, Mycobacterium. Taking TB Course. Do I Have Uterus Tuberculosis?

Do I have Uterus tuberculosis ? My Uterus Lining is very thick.

During Follicular Monitoring, endometrium was found abnormally thick. Like 8 mm on Cycle Day 3. It kept growing to 22 mm during ovulation period. OB did Hysteroscopy to rule out septate. While D&C, they sent the sample for Endometrial Biopsy. Report says: Proliferative endometrium with Chronic Endometritis. PCR says...
Microscopic Examination:
Sections show multiple endometrial tissue fragments comprised of tubular proliferative glands with compact sorrounding Stroma. However the Stroma shows fibroblastic alteration with miild to moderate increase in chronic infilterate

Not Detected both Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and Non Tuberculous Mycobacteria.. Doc is suggesting for TB Course..

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and sorry to hear about what you are experiencing now.

If this reports shows that the germ was seen, then there is no better way of telling that you have uterine tuberculosis than this. I will strongly recommend that you accept the treatment based on this report because if you are not well treated, the risk of infertility and other complications is high.

I wish all the best as you start this treatment. I know the duration is long and the side effects of the medication can be a little disturbing but i strongly encourage you to adhere to the treatment for best results.

Wish you well and stay positive.
