Hi i follow a low fodmap diet and i suffer with every letter of the word, i am so fed up with how i feel, even following this i still bloat up like im 6 months pregnant, i have fructose malobsorption and ibs. water even makes me bloat i have had digestive enzimes proabotics you name it, this has been going on for 14 years and it causes ,me so much misery. i just dont know what else to do anymore there is nothing i havent tried. !!!!!
HI ! I would advise you to go for a routine stool test for ova and cyst. Even if not positive, many times a course of anti amebic drug goes a long way to relive your symptoms, and you can discuss on this with your family physician. Apart from this go for a high roughage diet and enough liquids and add fresh curd to your diet daily. Avoid eating from outside. Add daily exercise like a morning of evening walk to your daily routine. i am hopeful that these will relieve you of your symptoms. Good luck
