For The Past 2 Months I Have Had The Sensation

For the past 2 months I have had the sensation of having water stuck in the back of my throat. The same sensation you get when you get water up your nose in the pool. It's difficult to sleep because I have mucus stuck in the back of my throat. My nose has stopped running out the front; it just drains down the back of my throat. Do you think I might have some kind of nasal infection?
