Hi there,
Thanks for your query. Vibrania is simply a formulation of Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). It is usually given for Vit B12 deficiency states, such as,

* a type of anemia due to deficiency of Vit B12;
* intestinal problems such as malabsorption, intestinal infection and other intestinal conditions in which absorption of the vitamin is impaired.

it is also helpful in nerve problems, manifesting as tingling, numbness in extremities as in diabetes.
