Found A Boil On The Back & Lump At The Groin Area

My 9 yr old son had what Dr. thought was a boil on his lower back appear about a week ago, there was some drainage but he just started the antibiotics. Today he found a larger lump on his groin area just below hip bone and said its very painful to the touch. I will take him to the Dr's tomorrow afternoon but just wanted some insight as a concerned mother.

Hi,
It seems that due to ingrown hair follicle infection there might be having enlarged lymph nodes in groin giving this problem.
As antibiotic is continued, nothing to worry.
give anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen.
Ok and take care.
