My child 6 yrs old is not well about 1 week back she started with stomache aches, then diarrhoea vomiting, then heart burn chest pain. took to doctor ,removed x-ray found swelling in the food pipe near the heart, got medication not recovered yet still complains of chest pain. please assist thanking you in advance.
That does indicate that there is esophagitis problem. That could be due to infection or increased acidity as a result of medicines(antibiotics) which you have taken for diarrhea and vomiting problems. Report back to your doctor about these symptoms and discuss the need of antigastric medications. Also you should make dietary changes to avoid sour, spicy and stimulant foods.
