Fractured Pelvis And Scarum, Done Physio. What Is Going On?

I fractured my pelvis in 3 places and my scarum around 10 years ago, I suffered bladder problems after the accident for many years, which have gone due to physio on my lower back. REcently the area where I fractured my sacrum has started to ache again, especially when using the clutch in my car, I also feel like my pelvis almost throbs and feels sore, have I don t something to upset an old injury or is this just part of getting older? (im 33)
