It appears that your body's tolerance to alcohol has fallen. That is why even two drinks are followed by withdrawal symptoms like chills, racing heart beat, dry mouth and anxiety, while previously you could tolerate even seven or eight drinks. This can happen if there is damage to the liver, which then slows down its ability to metabolize alcohol. In my opinion, you should get your blood tested for liver function tests. Nausea and loss of appetite, if present, also support liver dysfunction.
Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
