Frequent UTI, Back Pain. Sores Inside Bladder, Blood In Urine. Taking Vesicare, Nitrofur. What Could Be Done?
I have frequent uti and back pain so bad I need to set up while I sleep.I also had picture of my bladder done by Dr.ISeen sores all over the inside of the bladder that looked like infintigo.It looked so bad, also have blood in my urine.I just had a sonigram done last week I could not empty all urine from bladder.what will they do next?

One important point in history you have not mentioned is your age and sex. Most common cause of incomplete emptying of bladder in male is benign hyperplasia of prostate (BHP), which occur in all male above 50 years. Incomplete emptying can give rise to cystitis that is inflammation of bladder (sores all inside could be due to cystitis) and frequent UTI .Posterior urethral value is common cause of incomplete emptying of bladder in children. Cystitis can give rise blood in urine. Frequent UTI can give rise to back ache. Your consulting surgeon will try to find out cause of your symptoms and if BHP is responsible for your problem, He may remove you prostate through a scope. Infection or any other cause can be managed accordingly. Continue medicine as prescribed by your surgeon.

Hematuria , blood in urine is a most common cause in urinary system.
Since you have not mentioned the age and sex as these two parameters are very important for diagnostic purposes.
No doubt you are taking vesicare for bladder and nitrofurantoin for infection.
If you have sonography of bladder upload it over this site
Urine culture and drug sensitivity test will reveals many things.
Consult a urologist and get his opinion.
